On-Site General Admission Parking is completely sold out, but limited Off-Site General Admission Parking Passes are available while supplies last. All VIP and VVIP tickets include parking passes. All passes (whether included or purchased separately) were emailed via the email address provided via our Ticketing Partner: BigTickets.com. Please be sure to check your spam folder if the pass is not appearing in your inbox.

All parking passes were delivered via email from our ticketing partner – big tickets. Passes can only be scanned once and no re-entry will be permitted. Patrons with OFF-SITE PARKING PASSES should navigate to lot 379 at Doak Campbell Stadium. Shuttles will be provided. Patrons with ON-SITE PARKING PASSES, which include General Admission, VIP, VVIP, SPONSOR, and ADA should enter via Senator Pat Thomas Blvd. off of W Tennessee. Please note: there will be no entry via Appleyard Drive to the parking lots or the concert.

Tickets can be printed or scanned from your mobile device on-site. Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email from our ticket partner, Big Tickets, with an order confirmation and your ticket(s). Please check your spam/junk folders if you’re unable to locate in your inbox.

We abide by government mandates regarding COVID-19 vaccinations, testing, and any health and safety requirements. At this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to enter the venue.

All VIP & VVIP passes include private restrooms and parking, a raised observation deck, and FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED seating. VVIP passes will include complimentary food and an open bar, while VIP PASSES provide access to private vendors and a cash bar.

Yes! This event is rain or shine. In the event of adverse weather making the event impossible, every effort will be made to reschedule the event at a future date, in the event we are unable to reschedule all ticket holders will receive a refund.

• A small purse or hand-held Clutch (MAX SIZE 4.5″ X 6.5″)
• A clear plastic/vinyl/pvc bag (MAX SIZE 12″ X 6″ X 12″)
• A clear one-gallon reaselable zip top bag (MAX SIZE 10″ X 12″ X 2″)
• A clear/mesh drawstring bag (MAX SIZE 16″ X 13″)
• A small personal umbrella
• A water bottle (up to 1 liter), but it must be empty or factory-sealed
• Cameras without a detachable lenses
• A small blanket (no larger than 4’x8′) as NO CHAIRS will be permitted.

• No tents, large umbrellas, or temporary structures of any kind

• No weapons, knives, or firearms of any kind (this includes any item that can be used as a weapon)

• No narcotics will be permitted, including marijuana, drug paraphernalia, or any other illegal substances

• No backpacks, cinch bags, briefcases, or large bags

• No outside food or beverages

• No chairs of any kind (blankets and towels will be permitted)

• No pets (service animals with current rabies vaccination are the exception)

• TCC is a non-smoking campus so no smoking of any kind will be permitted including e-cigarettes and vapes.

For ADA arrangements, simply purchase a regular general admission or ticket and a general admission parking pass. Once you arrive, enter the on-site parking are via Senator Pat Thomas Blvd. off of W Tennessee to be directed to the ADA lot. Enter concert grounds through the main gate and have your blue handicap card with you. A member of our team will accompany you to the ADA GA viewing area. You are allowed one person to accompany you in the area per handicap card.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED, but can be purchased with cash or card at the event from our vendors.

Both forms of payment will be accepted.
